We are seeking an ambitious graduate to join our 9-month IT Graduate Internship in our London office. This rigorous programme provides direct exposure to our technology function through 3-month rotations across Cyber Security and Projects, enabling you to develop a broad understanding of our IT operations before building a long-term career within IT.
From day one, graduates will take on real responsibility, contribute to meaningful projects, and work closely with experienced professionals who will support their development through mentorship and hands-on learning. As part of the programme, graduates will also study for and pass the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment's (CISI) Certificate in Technology in Financial Services. This industry-recognised professional qualification will provide graduates with a strong foundation in the financial services sector, helping them develop a deeper understanding of our industry, markets, and business operations.

The position is well suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, can manage their own workload effectively, and enjoys taking initiative. We are looking for individuals who can think critically, solve problems proactively, and remain calm and resourceful when faced with technical challenges.

- Strong interest in building a career within a technology function within financial services.

- An interest in and experience using AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot) to improve processes and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to take initiative and identify solutions to problems.
- Genuine desire to learn, adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
